1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and bll77 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the bll77 website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

2.3 Capacity to Contract

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active bll77 account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual, whether detected through duplicate personal information, IP addresses, payment methods, or other means, will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of bll77, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (PHP recommended).

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bll77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any security questions or authentication methods. You must not share, disclose, or permit access to your account credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to immediately notify bll77 customer support of any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security. bll77 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

3.3 Account Verification

bll77 reserves the right to conduct identity verification procedures at any time, including requesting documents such as government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Your cooperation in providing requested documents in a timely manner is mandatory. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account restrictions including withdrawal limitations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

bll77 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including but not limited to: GCash, PayMaya, online bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and other methods displayed on the Platform. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential account closure.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method. bll77 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests can be initiated through your account dashboard. bll77 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require additional documentation at bll77's discretion.

Standard withdrawal processing times are 5-30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, though actual processing may vary depending on verification requirements, payment provider processing times, and other factors beyond bll77's control. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly/monthly withdrawal limits apply as specified on the Platform. bll77 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

Deposits may be subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility. Specific wagering requirements for deposits and bonuses are clearly disclosed on the Platform and in promotional materials.

4.4 Fees

bll77 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals under normal circumstances. However, payment providers or financial institutions may impose their own fees, which are beyond bll77's control and for which we accept no responsibility.

5. Betting Rules and Game Play

5.1 Game Results

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealers and equipment. Results are final and binding once a game round is complete. Disputes regarding game results must be reported to customer support within twenty-four (24) hours of the disputed game round.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game displays minimum and maximum betting limits. bll77 reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for ensuring your bets comply with displayed limits.

5.3 Disconnections

In the event of a disconnection during game play, the game round will be completed according to the rules of the specific game. For slot games, the spin will complete automatically and results will be credited or debited to your account. 5.4 Malfunction Voids All Pays

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bll77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts registered in another person's name
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity
• Using bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Money laundering or using bll77 to facilitate any illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or bll77 systems
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Platform
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other means to disguise your location or identity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusive behavior toward other users or bll77 staff
• Depositing funds from stolen credit cards, stolen accounts, or other illegitimate sources

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bll77 Platform, including but not limited to: logos, trademarks, service marks, graphics, text, software code, user interfaces, game designs, and audiovisual content, is the exclusive property of bll77 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to: download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without express written permission from bll77.

The bll77 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of bll77 trademarks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement subject to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The bll77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, bll77 disclaims all warranties including but not limited to: implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

bll77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bll77 makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of Platform content or game results.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bll77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

In no event shall bll77's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six (6) month period preceding the claim.

9.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bll77, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any misuse of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

bll77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice to users. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through prominent notice on the Platform, email notification, or other reasonable means. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the bll77 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting customer support.
